Then you wind it, bench it, and type the real numbers back in. The engine refits its constants to your sheet supplier and your winding machine, and issues a corrected development. That loop is the whole point, so reporting a measured result is always free.
Flux per pole comes off the tooth area your punch actually makes. Magnetising current comes off the airgap and the pole pitch. Leakage comes off the slot you punched, and rotor resistance off the bar and end-ring section you cast. The operating point is solved against the blade load, not assumed.
A tool that only ever agrees with you is worthless. This one says the slot will not take the wire, that the back iron is saturating, that the bar count guarantees cogging, or that the cage cannot turn the blade at all and the fan will hum and stall.
Reprocessed sheet varies lot to lot, and that variation is real. Every measured result you report pulls ten constants toward your own supplier and your own machine. After forty jobs the numbers describe your factory and nobody else’s.
